SCMA’s committees are the backbone of our organization, providing leadership and opportunities for our members in the many diverse disciplines that are a part of the mediation world. In addition to enhancing their professional skills and giving our members the ability to network with other professionals in a collegial atmosphere, committee involvement provides our members the opportunity to actively participate in raising the profile of mediation in the Southern California community.
